dental sleep medicine introduction

Demo on patientThis is truly an exciting addition to our course series. Many have asked for an introduction to dental sleep medicine. Want to find out what all the buzz is about? Want to learn what questions we as dentists SHOULD be asking all of our recall patients? Want to understand why dentistry should be the number one portal for all of medicine for patients into the sleep medicine field? What to learn just what causes snoring:? What is apnea? And most importantly why we shouldn’t treat snoring with a complete diagnosis and how dangerous it is for our dental labs to be telling us otherwise?

Demo on studentAnd how about you? Do you snore? Would you like to have your snoring treated (for your spouse if not you) and learn how to have yourself tested at the same time?

Either take this one day introductory course and decide if you want the follow up advanced course…..OR….

Don’t sign up for THIS course but go right to the Package Series TAB and sign up for both this and the two day advanced course at a significant savings!

  • Expand your practice by using your OWN patient base
  • Identify your patients with potentially extremely damaging sleep disorders
  • Provide alternatives to potentially cumbersome and uncomfortable therapy
  • Become a respected member of the sleep medicine team in your community

This one day course is unique in that it provides a true Hands-On portion in which you will insert an appliance used for oral appliance therapy; and have an appliance that is made for you inserted as well!

Upon registering you will be sent information as to where to send models and a bite registration that you are given specific instruction on how to take!

DiscussionLearn the basics of sleep medicine and dentistry’s role. Find out how to contribute as a productive member of the sleep medicine team rather than a competitive force to sleep medicine!

Learn sleep medicine from a dynamic speaker who will make this day an enjoyable yet profitable one for you! Many take their introduction from other speakers, and then go to Dr. Glassman when they decide to take the next step. Now for the first time a one day introduction course at this surprisingly low fee (which includes your appliance) is available!

This course will be followed by an advanced two day course in the geographic vicinity of the introduction course, You can choose to register for both now with a significant savings! But even if you just sign up for this course, you won’t be sorry. This fun and exciting field can be very rewarding….

And you may truly be responsible for uncovering a condition in many of your patients that is either severely affecting the quality of the life or threatening their life…. Or both!

Dr. Glassman is now available for this introduction course. Many have taken courses from other sources, and then gone to hear Dr. Glassman after they decided to continue their education. He is now available for this introduction course!

The Level Four course is a Hands-On Injection and Treatment course given annually in San Jose, Costa Rica.  Finally; an injection course that includes injections – not on each other – but on live properly diagnosed patients!  This is given in coordination with Prima Dental in San Jose.  This three day course starts on Friday morning with a day reviewing the essentials of history taking, the clinical examination, appliance decision making, insertion and construction, and most importantly, the concepts of injection therapy.  You will learn the concepts and the details of ligament insertion therapy, prolotherapy, trigger point injections and autonomic ganglion injections.  Every injection and injection site will be reviewed in detail.  Saturday and Sunday are full days in a modern well appointed dental office where new patients will be interviewed by each attendee.  We meet as a group to review treatment decision making, and then treatment is provided by the attendees.  Appliances will be constructed and inserted, and where indicated, injections will be performed under supervision.  Every attendee will have the opportunity for hands on injections of live patients.
