Tooth Wear to Migraines: Application

This is the LEVEL TWO course to follow up our Tooth Wear To Migraines Course.

Diagnosis and Treatment will be reviewed in DETAIL
Case Presentations will be a key part of the course.
Appliances will be taught with a hands-on approach

All participants will, in advance of the course, send models to the Allentown Dental Lab. Stents will be made that will allow participants to insert all the appliances used in the Allentown Pain Center model during the course using fellow attendees as patients. Consequently, everyone will go home having inserted all appliances and having their own appliances for their own use and for demonstration purposes for their patients!

The course begins with a description of all the appliances and the rationale for their use. A full day of hands-on with the appliances will reinforce the construction and insertion process.

You can to the seminars tab and learn the details about any course. Courses are listed in either the Pain and Dysfunction Tab or the Dental Sleep Medicine Courses Tab.
In addition, you can look up the Course Packages Tab. There are two choices here. One is the Pain/Dysfunction package; and the other involves taking a Sleep Medicine series in either Texas or the Northeast (Philadelphia and New York.)
You can then go the seminar schedule and arrange the list either by course name or date. Click on any of the courses for a more brief description and a link to registration for that course.
Payment can now be made through Pay Pal which accepts all major credit cards. Please note: You do not need a Pay Pal account. You may choose to continue in the registration process and use any major credit card.
