DIRECTIONS TO THE ALLENTOWN PAIN CENTER

From the Northeast Extension
1. Exit Lehigh Valley Exit 56
2. Take Route 22 EAST (Bear right after paying toll)
3. 15th Street Exit (right exit)
4. Turn Right onto 15th Street
5. Continue straight on 15th Street through several lights until you reach a light
6. At Hamilton Street (the Traylor Hotel is on the corner across the street) turn LEFT onto Hamilton Street.
7. 1329 Hamilton Street is on the corner of Hamilton and Madison. Madison is the cross street between 13th and 14th Streets.
The office is on the left-hand side next to a large “Robinson and Robinson” sign.
Turn left into the parking lot next to the office.
From Route 22
1. 15th Street Exit
2. If traveling WEST on 15th Street… turn left at the light
If traveling EAST on 15th Street… turn right at the light.
3. Follow the above instructions starting with #5.
From Route 78
1. Take the Cedar Crest Boulevard Exit.
2. If traveling WEST on 78… turn right onto Cedar Crest Blvd. (yield sign).
If traveling EAST on 78… turn left onto Cedar Crest (stoplight).
3. Turn right onto Hamilton Blvd. at the traffic light (Perkins Restaurant on your left).
4. Hamilton Blvd. turns into Hamilton Street.
Continue straight into Allentown.
Pass the Traylor Hotel at 15th Street.
The office is located on the corner of Hamilton and Madison.
Madison is the cross street between 13th and 14th streets.
The office is on the left-hand side.
The office parking lot is to the left of the office.
The driveway is next to a large “Robinson and Robinson” sign.
